Return Policy – Two Starving Gnolls AS
We want you to be happy with your order, and we take great care to ensure that all books and products are packed and shipped safely.
Please read the criteria below to see if your order qualifies for a return or replacement.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
We will require:
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the damage (including packaging, if relevant)
If the claim is approved, we will:
- Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
- Offer a refund if a replacement is not available
In cases of damage or incorrect items, we cover return shipping if a return is required.
2. Incorrect Item Received
If we accidentally send you the wrong product, please notify us within 14 days.
We will:
- Ship the correct item at no cost
- Provide instructions for returning the incorrect item
Return shipping is covered by us in this case.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Because of the nature of our products, the following cannot be returned:
- Books with no defect
- Products correctly delivered according to the order
- Items damaged due to misuse or customer handling
- Digital products (PDFs or digital files)
- Limited-edition items unless damaged upon arrival
4. Customer-Paid Return Shipping
If a return is approved for reasons other than damage or incorrect fulfillment, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Return shipping must include tracking.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local postal service first.
We will assist where possible, but we cannot issue refunds for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.
